How we calculate this
Every film has a fixed base cost, plus a per-second cost that grows with the finished length. Shown in GBP only — EUR and MAD prices elsewhere on this page are fixed conversions of the GBP total, not of this formula.

Four sign-offs, no surprises
Each stage ends with your approval, so decisions are made in the order that keeps costs predictable.

Script
The words and the structure of the film.
Script changes are billed as extras.

Look
Characters, places and colours, shown on still images before any film is made.
Changing a character or setting means remaking shots, billed per shot.
- 03
Rough cut
The whole film, its pacing and the order of its shots.
New shots are billed per shot; changes of order and timing are revisions.

Final
Polish, colour, sound mix and delivery in the agreed formats.
Extra formats and languages are billed as extras.
A revision
adjusts the film within what you have already approved: timing, trims, pacing, colour, sound levels, the order of shots. Revisions are covered by the rounds included in your package.
A change
alters something already signed off: a line of script, a character, the content of a shot, the music. Changes are priced per item from the list of extras, whichever round they arrive in, and we always confirm the cost before making them.
Feedback for each round is sent to us as one consolidated list, so every note is dealt with together.

Script writing
We write the script and voice-over from your brief. Included in Premium and Signature; an extra for Essential.

We restructure and rewrite a script you supply so it works on screen: length, pacing and tone of voice.

A still image of a planned shot, to approve the idea or present it internally before production.

Adjust one element of an image you have approved: a retouch, a changed object, a different colour.

Change a character
Replace or restyle a character after the look has been approved. Every shot featuring them is remade.

Fast-cut sequences
Rapid montages. Each cut is made separately with a minimum length, so they are priced per cut: the lower price for simple shots, the higher for complex ones.

Re-recording and re-timing the voice-over after its script has been signed off.

A second language version of the voice-over, timed to the film. The price depends on the film's length.

Subtitles
Timed and styled subtitles, either burned into the picture or supplied as a separate file.

The film in another shape, such as vertical 9:16 or square 1:1. The lower price when reframing works; the higher when shots must be remade for the new shape.

How a quote comes together
A fictional example: a 60-second brand film, with a vertical version for social media and a French voice-over.

With rush delivery. If the same film were needed in under seven days, 30% is added: £2,600 + £780 = £3,380.
A change during production. After the look is approved, the client decides to replace a character who appears in four shots. Four shots × £50 = £200, confirmed with the client before the shots are remade.
A revision during production. At the rough cut the client asks for the second half to be tighter and the music lower under the voice. That is a revision, covered by the included rounds, at no extra cost.

- Due within 14 days of issue.
- Previews
- Carry a watermark. Final master files are released once payment is complete.
Usage and credit
- Your film
- You may use the final film on your own channels, at your events and in your own advertising, without time limit.
- Project files
- Working files, unused material and our prompt libraries remain with Attic Pictures.
- Portfolio
- We may show the finished film in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. A closing credit is added to your film only with your permission.
Other conditions
- Currency and VAT
- All prices are shown in GBP, EUR or MAD and exclude VAT where applicable.
- Sample work
- For a pitch we can make one short, low-resolution sample. If the project goes ahead, its cost is credited against the project.
- AI transparency
- Our films are made with AI-assisted production. On request we attach Content Credentials (C2PA) identifying the film as AI-generated, in line with EU transparency rules for AI-generated video.
- Validity
- These rates are valid until [DATE]. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
